Boiler Structure

The boiler is of assembly or fast installation type.It has a compact structure,small occupied area,short installation cycle,less installation costs and infrastructure investment.

The pipe plate has a low smoke temperature.The single-way return plate of the flue pipe is evenly heated and low pipe platestress ensures reliable operation of the boiler and its long service life.

Sufficient and rational layout of heating surface,fast rise in boiler temperature and pressure,sufficient output and highthermal efficiency.

Air is sent into different bins of the grate.Each air volume can be independently adjusted.The grate is continuously variable,with sufficient combustion.

The complete sets of auto control and testing instruments installed in the electric cabinet have a high degree of automation,safety and reliability and are easy to operate.
