Boiler Structure

It is a single drum longitudinal chain grate boiler(arched pipe plate).Main parts of the boiler are assembled in the factory.

Water circulating system:water feeding by deaerator →water pump→fuel economizer→downcomer→right and leftheaders→drum→steam outlet header pipe.

Fuel gas system:The fuel enters into the coal gate via the coal bucket and then into the hearth for firing and combustionafter being scrapped well.After combustion,the fuel gas generated will enter into the burnout chamber through heating andthen into the screwed flue pipe via flue pipes at both sides and the front smoke box.The gas will be exhausted into theair via chimney under the draught of the draft fan after it passes the fuel economizer and dust remover via the rear flue box.

Slag system:The slag generated after combustion of the fuel will fall into the tail of the grate and be exhausted from the slagremover.The leaked coal and ash will be removed on a regular basis from the front ash bucket with the dragging of the chaingrate.

Blowing system:Air is sent by an air blower into the general air duct and then into the air pipes at both sides of the chaingrate via the bottom air chamber.Then,the air enters into the air chamber via the adjustable fan-shaped air door and theninto the hearth through the chain grate surface coal layer.
