Boiler Structure

As a horizontal two-return stroke fire tube boiler,it is mainly composed of boiler enclosure,hearth,internal furnace,turning smokechamber and flue tube,etc.The outside is installed with a fin type economizer and condenser.The smoke exhaust temperature ofthe boiler is around 50℃.Natural gas is applicable to the boiler.The wet back type and corrugated structure as well as symmetricalarrangement of heating surface enable more rational compression and expansion of the boiler.The rational layout of heating surfaceensures fine water circulation and heat exchange and makes the heat transmission effect reach the optimum state,thus improving thethermal efficiency of the boiler.The fully butted wet back type structure is adopted so as to prevent the back wall from damage byhigh-temperature flue gas and ensure the reliable operation of the boiler.The combustion chamber adopts corrugated hearth,whichcan effectively reduce the thermal stress of the boiler and improve its safety and service life.The selection of world-famous brandcombustor and advanced automatic control system enables more stable boiler combustion,more convenient operation and safer andmore reliable operation.With short installation duration,the boiler can be put into operation after it is connected to the valve,watersource,power supply,fuel pipe and exhaust pipe on the construction site.
