Boiler Structure

It is a horilzontal three-retum stroke fre tube boller.It is mainly composed of boller enclosure,hearth,internal funace,turning smoke chamber and flue tube,etc.

Light oil,heavy oil,natural gas,liquefied gas and urban flue gas,etc.are applicable to the boiler.The wet back type and corrugatedstucture as well as symmetrical arrangement of heating surface enable more rational compression and expanslon of the boller.The rationallayout of heaing suface ensures fine water circulalion and heat exchange and makes the heat transmission effect reach the optimum state,thus improving the thermal effidency of the boiler.The fuly butted wet back type structure is adopted so as to prevent the back wall fromdamage by high-temperature fiue gas and ensure the relable operation of the boller.

The combustion chamber adopts corugated hearth,wtich can effectively reduce the thermal stress of the boiler and improve Its safety and service life.
