Boiler Structure

It is a double drum longitudinal chain grate boiler.Main parts of the boiler are assembled in the factory(<6t/h).In view of high volatilecontent,low caloric value and high content of combustion fly ash of biomass fuels,we adopt mulli-layer air distribution structure in hearthdesign.Special feeding system and other targeted improvements are also adopted.In view of the structural characteristics of SZL type,we raise the grate higher so as to ensure sufficient combustion of biomass paricles in the furnace and elimination of various possibilitiesof the occurrence of black smoke.

Water circulating system:water feeding by deaerator →water pump→fuel economizer→drum→downcomer+lower drum→upper boiler→steam outlet main.

Fuel gas system:The fuel enters into the hearth via the bucket and then into the hearth for fring and combustion slowly together with grate.

After combustion,the fuel gas generated will enter into the heating surface,convection heating surface and tail heating surface,then into thedust remover and finally be exhausted into the air via the chimney through the drafting of the draft fan.

Slag system:The slag generated after combustion of the fuel will fall into the slag pit and be exhausted from the slag remover.The leakedcoal and ash will be removed on a regular basis from the front ash bucket with the dragging of the chain grate.Some fly ash in the fue gaswill fall in the convection pipe bundle area and be exhausted into the grate via the upper ash door.Other parts are collected in the ashcollector after being separated by the dust remover.

Blowing system:Air is sent by an air blower into the general air duct and then into the air pipes at both sides of the chain grate via the bottomair chamber.Then,the air enters into the air chamber via the adjustable fan-shaped air door and then into the hearth through the chain gratesurface coal layer.The ar blown by the secondary fan is directy sent to different heights of the hearth from multiple air distribution pipes.
