Boiler Structure

The body of the boiler adopts double-drum longitudinal indoor combustion D type structure.The right is hearth and the left is convectiontube bundle.The body is fixed onto the chassis via the flexible supports in the middle and both ends of the lower drum.The expansionof the boiler towards two sides is ensured.The surrounding part of the hearth is narrow-distance pipe membrane water cooling wall.Themembrane water cooling wall at the left of the hearth completely isolates the hearth and the convection bundle.The rear part of theconvection bundle is a sparse staggered sructure and the front part is a sequential structure.The flue gas generated in the hearthcombustion enters into the burnout chamber and the convection bundle area via the smoke outlet at the tail of the hearth,then into thechin pipe economizer from the front part of the left of the boiler and finally into the chimney and the air via the smoke duct.
